It is scientifically proven that hiking in nature provides a wealth of benefits to body, mind, and spirit. Nawang grew up in the high Himalaya of Nepal, and is an expert at hiking and trekking. He can share valuable information and advice about how to get the most out of your hiking experiences, including advice on the use of hiking/trekking poles to build upper-body strength and relieve stress on joints.
